The Communications Department provides essential communication services to the college and assists all units – departments, offices, and college affiliates—with individual communication needs.
Our mission is to lead Presbyterian College in positioning the institution as an outstanding four-year liberal arts college. The office’s staff members conceptualize, develop and communicate key messages with various constituencies. The college’s image is always a central focus; therefore, the staff manages and protects the PC brand through communicating and ensuring adherence to graphic standards and writing style guides. We protect the college’s trademarks and handle the licensing of the college’s marks and logos.

The Communications & Marketing staff serves as the liaison between campus partners and the various media – broadcast, print and digital media outlets at the local, state and national level. We can assist you with finding information for a story, finding a faculty member who can provide an expert opinion, arranging interviews with college leaders, as well as finding possible story ideas and photo opportunities.
In the event of campus emergency or crisis, our staff provides the news media with updated information and official statements.
Printing and Graphic Design
Our office produces high-quality print and digital pieces for a variety of purposes, including marketing, alumni communications, on-campus promotions and advertising. Contact us for all of your college printing needs.
We photograph campus events and coordinate professional imaging for the college.
Video and Digital Resources
Our team provides resources for content development for the college’s web and social media initiatives. We also coordinate resources for video production needs, including developing ideas, a storyboard, and securing video services.
