There is no charge for editorial or design services. Billing for printing is sent directly from our office to your office.

We provide competitive pricing and quality printing by utilizing services from a group of qualified print vendors. Requesting quotes from vendors is part of our process; therefore, once the specifications and quantities for your project are confirmed, the project will be sent out on bid and you will receives quotes in approximately three business days. We coordinate production and placement of television and radio spots, print and electronic billboards, and other means of advertising.

Approval of Printing, Advertising and Promotional Items

Communication materials representing Presbyterian College must be approved through the Office of Communications & Marketing. Each submission will be reviewed according to the guidelines presented in both the Graphic Standards and Style Guide.

Business Cards, Letterhead and Envelopes

To order official college business cards and stationery, please contact mjhooks@presby.edu. A proof will be sent to you prior to printing. An invoice will be sent to the department for payment. Stationery is ordered in the spring and will be delivered in July/August

Writing

Our team provides basic proofreading and editing services for all college units. Additional services offered include copywriting for creative projects started within our office, as well as rewriting, reorganizing and updating existing copy.

Style Guide

The Presbyterian College Communications Handbook has been developed to assist Presbyterian College communicators in developing materials that present a strong, consistent message about PC and promote our image in a positive and comprehensive way. This unified voice gives us strength and clarity and helps us to uphold the integrity of the PC brand.

Videography and Digital Media

The Office of Communications & Marketing maintains and monitors the college’s “presby” central accounts on Facebook Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram. We also publish content on college-owned video services including vimeo and YouTube.
