The Augusta Choral Society

The Augusta Choral Society (ACS) is the symphonic chorus of Augusta, Georgia and the surrounding communities. The ACS performs several concerts each season including performances of the great masterpieces of choral/orchestral literature, sacred music, contemporary music and popular music. For our upcoming 57th season, we will perform four subscription concerts and will appear with the Augusta Symphony in a Masterworks performance. Highlights of our season include the Requiems of Maurice Duruflé and John Rutter, Handel's Messiah, Brahms' Schicksalslied, Monteverdi's Beatus Vir, Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 and a Memorial Day Weekend concert honoring those who have died in service to our country.

We are looking for new members and will hold auditions in January. Look inside to see how you can join us.
