Being Challenged as an Artist

What can a talented musician find in the music program at a small liberal arts college? In a word: challenge. Just ask Stephen Humphries, national music champion, three-time recording artist, and PC senior.

Stephen’s a virtuoso with the hammer dulcimer, recently winning a national championship and cutting three CD’s displaying his talent with the instrument.  Stephen is so skilled musically, however, that his focus at PC isn’t the hammered dulcimer—it’s percussion.
