General Degree Requirements

The basic requirements for a bachelor's degree from Presbyterian College are:

1. Successful completion of the required general education courses.

2. Completion of the requirements within an area of concentration.

3. Successful completion of 122 semester hours of college level work with a minimum of 48 hours successfully completed at Presbyterian College with a minimum cumulative grade-point ratio of 2.00.(NOTE:credit-hour requirements in some majors may increase required hours to more than 122 for these areas of study.)

4. Attendance at five lecture and five performance events peryear in the Cultural Enrichment program.

To ensure these requirements are met, a senior audit must be completed no later then one full semester before the anticipated date of graduation with the registrar's office. Students completing degree requirements during spring semester are expected to participate in graduation ceremonies.
