Marshall Scholarship

The Marshall Scholarship is a highly competitive, merit-based award for graduate or, occasionally, undergraduate study in a discipline at any British university. Each award allows recipients to study for a period of two years at a graduate or undergraduate level at any university in the United Kingdom in any discipline leading to the award of a British university degree.

Each scholarship includes a personal allowance for residence and cost of living, tuition, fess, grants for books, travel in connection with studies, and travel to and from the United States.

Requirements: Applicants must be US citizens and apply within two years of receiving an undergraduate degree from an accredited four-year college. Graduates from a British university are not eligible. A GPA of 3.7 of higher is required.

Application Deadline: Early October of the year preceding tenure

This past semester I had the wonderful opportunity of studying in London with the Hansard Scholars Program. I took classes at The London School of Economics (LSE) and had the privilege of being an intern in Parliament.
