"The sciences have always sparked my curiosity," said junior Bobby Keskey. "The attempt to understand the workings of life and applying that understanding to benefit humanity has always pushed me to pursue a career in science and medicine."
And, according to Bobby, PC professors make the learning meaningful. "My professors do a great job of not only teaching the fundamental basics of their field, but also sparking my curiosity by providing lessons that are relevant and applicable to the world today," he said.
The biology teaching assistant and chemistry tutor is a member of Beta Beta Beta Biological Honor Society and Sigma Kappa Alpha Chemistry Honor Society. In addition, Bobby volunteers as a Big Brother at the Thornwell Home for Children and heads the men’s soccer team as its captain.
"I've enjoyed playing from the moment I stepped on a soccer field at age 3," he said. "I am very fortunate to be able to continue to play the sport I love at the collegiate level."
