Ray Orr

"I have been singing ever since I was a little child," said PC music major Ray Orr. "I have always had an interest in classical music ever since my mother taught me to play the piano when I was five."

Ray fully realized his passion for classical music when he attended the Governor's Honor Program the summer after his junior year in high school. There, he enjoyed being surrounded by others who shared his love for music.

Ray finds the same at PC. "Here at PC, the music faculty is really passionate about music and what they do," he said. "But beyond just having a love for music, they are really insightful and helpful when needing advice for different situations."

Ray is a voice major who plays the viola in the PC Orchestra. He also plays the piano and is a member of Delta Omicron, the music fraternity.
