Returning starter at centerfield ... named 2002 Player to Watch by Baseball America ... preseason All-SAC selection ... had a great summer with New Market as a Valley League All-Star ... improved power and steadiness to his game ... showed better bat discipline this summer and fall - cut down on strikeouts and increased walks ... look for him to lead with his presence, style of play, and by being vocal ... will bat either first or second this spring ... needs to spend a lot of time on base ... finished third on the team in batting average while leading the team in stolen bases (21) en route to All-SAC and SAC All-Tournament honors last season ... won the team’s Rookie of the Year Award in ‘99 - posting a .264 batting average, and followed up by hitting .287 as a sophomore ... will start in centerfield this season ... played for Pope High School where he earned all-state honors ... son of Pete and Sandy Turco ... majoring in education.

Penciled in as starter behind the plate ... receiving heavy competition from New and Wyman ... best arm of the three catchers ... still recovering from knee injury that forced him to miss majority of 2001 season ... saw time in the field and as a DH last season upon return from injury - hit .300 with good power ... solid pull hitter ... must learn to hit better to right center gap to improve hitting ability and stay in the lineup everyday ... redshirted during sophomore year ... played at Roswell High School ... son of Robert and Barbi Campbell ... majoring in business administration/accounting.

Starting second baseman entering spring season ... has made great strides as a fielder since walking-on to the team three years ago ... good summer with the Anderson, S.C. club during summer of 2001 ... improved his hitting and fielding ... good baserunner who plays the game hard ... will hit at the bottom of the order to start the season ... needs to be a threat on the basepads this season ...  tied for second on the team in stolen bases (12) last season ... finished third on the team in assists (109) ... played in Dallas, TX in the Southwestern Collegiate Baseball League and traveled to Germany with USA Baseball International (During summer of 2000)  ... All-State selection at Abbeville High School ... son of Tommy and Debbie Hite  ... majoring in political science.
