over Presbyterian College
JACKSONVILLE,
Fla. --
Will Martin went 4-4 with a two-run home run and 5 RBI
to lead the #16 ranked Georgia College & State
University baseball team to a 12-4 season opening
victory over Presbyterian College Friday night at the

(1-0) got behind early when Presbyterian's (0-1) Davis

Stathos' single to center field. The Bobcats blew the
game open with seven runs in the eighth inning, which
was highlighted by back-to-back homers by Martin and
Stathos.
Stathos
finished the game 2-3 with 3 RBI, while Jason Samples
went 3-4 with one RBI and 2 runs scored. David Walczak
also had a good day at the plate for the Bobcats after
going 2-4 with a double and 2 RBI. Will Anderson (1-0)
