HOSE BASEBALL LISTED AMONG NCAA LEADERS
PC’s Richard Barkley Listed Among NCAA Top Pitchers
CLINTON, S.C. — Senior starting pitcher Richard Barkley (Sumter, SC) is ranked in two categories in the latest NCAA Division II national statistics announced this week.

Barkley currently 18th in ERA and tied for 5th in wins in this week’s national statistics. The Lakewood High School standout has a record of 10-2 this season and an ERA of 1.85. The preseason All-American, All-SAC, and SAC Tournament MVP pitcher leads the Blue Hose in innings pitched (102.0), strikeouts (92), and helped lead the Blue Hose to their first SAC Tournament Championship.

Presbyterian College is currently 27-24 overall and ranked third in the South Region. PC now awaits the announcement of the tournament field for the NCAA Division II Baseball Tournament which will be announced next week.
