Preseason
All-SAC selection...after
batting a team-high .409 in 2004, he has quickly emerged
as the teams best hitter…shows tremendous discipline
at the plate, with the patience to wait on his pitch and
hit it hard when he gets it…will bat in the three hole
for the Blue Hose…has improved defensively and is
slowly developing into a complete baseball player…must
continue to work on arm strength and consistently throw
runners out on the base path…has also emerged as one
of the leaders on and off the field…2004:
Played in 49 games with 38 starts and batted a team-high
.409 with 26 RBI’s…posted a .990 fielding
percentage…stole five bases in six attempts…had four
three-hit games…had 11 two-hit games…High
