Callaway Tennis Courts

Four tennis courts behind Douglas House were constructed in 1938 by Cason Callaway, LaGrange, Georgia, manufacturer.  In 1982, the facility was restored and expanded to six courts.  Major contributors were the Callaway Foundation, Charles   Loridans Foundation, Pine Mountain Benevolent Foundation, Sing Oil Company, and W.C. Vereen, Jr.
