DIXON SIGNS WITH BLUE HOSE MEN’S BASKETBALL 

CLINTON, S.C. — Sean Dixon has signed a national letter of intent to play men’s basketball at Presbyterian College announced today by 14th-year head coach Gregg Nibert. 

Dixon, a 6-0 combo guard from Kennesaw, Ga. currently plays at Kennesaw Mountain High School and head coach Jesse Bonner. Dixon averaged 19.6 points, 6.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 2.3 steals as a junior en route to first team All-Cobb County and Honorable Mention All-State honors. 

Entering the 2002-03 season, Dixon was named to the Cobb County Super 6 preseason team and after two games this season is averaging 29.0 points and 9.0 rebounds. 

“We are very excited to attract a player of Sean’s caliber,” said Nibert. “He is a tremendous athlete who can both score and defend, and he has a great understanding of the game. Season is a very good student as well and simply a great addition to the Presbyterian College family.”
