BLUE
HOSE MEN’S BASKETBALL RANKED #24 IN LATEST NABC/DIVISION II BULLETIN
TOP 25 POLL
BEAVERTON,
OR — The
Presbyterian College men’s basketball team made their
first appearance in the NABC/Division II Bulletin Top 25
this year as they moved to #24 in the latest poll
announced today.
The
Blue Hose (14-2), off to their best start since the
1992-93 season, are riding a nine-game win streak after
defeating Anderson College 61-47 at home last night. The
Blue Hose return to action on Wednesday, January 15 as
they host SAC-rival Wingate University at 8:00 pm.
Top-ranked
Humboldt State, 12-0, won its two games this past week
and kept its No. 1 ranking in the NABC/Division II
Bulletin Top 25. The Lumberjacks are still just one of
four unbeaten teams remaining in Division II. Overall,
it was a good week for ranked teams, as just six went
down to defeat. The next Top 25 will be Jan. 21, 2003.
