PC Finishes 13th At Bobcat Invitational

Final Round Results

MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Presbyterian College finished 13th overall at the 2007 Bobcat Invitational with a team score of 910 (301-303-306).

Hugh Morrison was the high finisher for the 16th-ranked Blue Hose. Morrison placed 30th individually at the event with a three-round score of 226 (77-74-75).

In total, four Blue Hose golfers finished in the top 50 at the Bobcat Invitational. Ben Karns (74-78-76) and Thomas Todd (74-74-80) both tied for 44th with three round scores of 228. Patrick Townes (76-78-75) finished in 49th with a three-day total of 229.

Daniel Creel of North Alabama acquired individual medalist honors (66-67-71) at the event to help lead North Alabama (282-282-291) to the team title with a three round score of 855.

The Blue Hose have two weeks off before playing in the BMW Collegiate hosted by North Greenville University at the Verdae Greens Golf Club in Greenville, S.C. April 8-10.
