BLUE HOSE BLANK MARS HILL, 9-0, IN SAC MEN’S TENNIS ACTION
CLINTON, S.C. – Presbyterian College remains undefeated in South Atlantic Conference (SAC) play with a 9-0 blanking of Mars Hill College in men’s tennis action on Saturday afternoon at the Templeton Tennis Center. The Blue Hose improve to 5-2 overall and 2-0 in the SAC as PC won all the singles matches in straight sets. Mars Hill falls to 2-4 and 0-1 in the league.
The duo of senior Hector Rincon (London, England) and freshman Aaron Chapman (Mount Pleasant, Australia) are now 7-0 on the year at No. 1 doubles, while the tandem of seniors Kshitij Dwivedi (New Delhi, India) and Nick Osborne (Hutton Rudby, England) are 6-0 overall at No. 2 doubles.
Both Rincon and Dwivedi are 6-1 at No. 1 and No. 2 singles, respectively, thus far this season.
