BLUE HOSE MEN‘S TENNIS RANKED NO. 26 NATIONALLY
CLINTON, S.C. — The Presbyterian College men’s tennis team is ranked No. 26 nationally in the latest Fila Collegiate Division II National Rankings released March 10th.
The Blue Hose (5-4) dropped one spot from the final fall rankings released in November. Presbyterian is the highest ranked South Atlantic Conference in the national poll and is ranked No. 7 in the Southeast region.
The Blue Hose are 2-2 this season against teams ranked in the Southeast region that includes a wins over No.10 Catawba College (8-1) and No. 10 Mars Hill College (9-0). PC’s only region losses have been a pair of 5-4 setbacks this week to No. 7 Florida Southern College (No. 2 SE) and No. 19 Florida Gulf Coast University (No. 6 SE).
PC returns to action on Wednesday, March 15 when they take on No. 13 Eckerd College (No. 5 SE) at 1:30 pm in Tampa, Fla.
