BLUE HOSE SOFTBALL LISTED AMONG NCAA LEADERS
PC's Hazel and Teal ranked in top-20 of Division II

CLINTON, S.C. — Presbyterian College softball team is listed among the NCAA Division II leaders in the latest statistics announced this week.   

The softball team (22-22-1, 4-2 SAC), led by second year head coach Barbara Dearing, are currently ranked 29th in scoring in the nation.

Freshman reliever Olivia Hazel (Chesapeake City, MD) is ranked T-12th in the nation in saves (2) and sophomore second baseman Amanda Teal (Chapin, SC) is ranked T-16th in runs per game (1.0)

Blue Hose softball returns to action tomorrow at 2:00 pm as they take on South Atlantic Conference opponent Catawba College in game that was reschedule due to a rain out Wednesday.
