LIVERNOIS SIGNS WITH BLUE HOSE WOMEN’S BASKETBALL

CLINTON, SC — Noel Livernois has signed a national letter of intent to play women’s basketball at Presbyterian College announced today by 12th-year head coach Beth Couture.

Livernois, a 5-8 guard from Greenwood, SC, becomes the second signee for the Blue Hose this season. Livernois averaged 19.0 points while playing at the Emerald High School in Greenwood, SC for head coach Anarie Duckett. She has helped the Vikings to three straight region titles and three trips to the state playoffs.

Individually, Livernois is a three-time All-Region Player of the Year and All-State selection during her career including being a finalist for the South Carolina Ms. Basketball as a senior.

Presbyterian, led by 12th-year head coach Beth Couture who owns a 237-108 career record in 12 seasons, is coming off this past season’s 22-8 campaign and a runner-up finish in the South Atlantic Conference regular season. Presbyterian finished the season ranked #23 in the USA Today/WBCA NCAA Division II Top 25.
