HOSE BASKETBALL LISTED AMONG NCAA LEADERS
PC's Leopard first in NCAA Division II in free throw
percentage for second straight week
CLINTON,
SC - Presbyterian College men's and women's basketball
teams are listed among the NCAA Division II leaders in the
latest statistics announced this week.
Individually,
senior Toni
Leopard
(Ninety-Six, SC), leads
NCAA Division II for three of the last four weeks in free
throw percentage (91.7%).
The women's
basketball team (17-7), led by 13th-year head coach Beth
Couture, is 24th
in team free throw percentage (73.7%).
Both teams
return to action tonight as they host Catawba College. Women's
tip-off set for 6:00 pm and the men's game will follow.
