BLUE HOSE FINISH 8th IN EYE OPENER MEET
SPARTANBURG,
S.C. The Presbyterian College womens cross country
team finished eighth in the Eye Opener Meet held in
Spartanburg, S.C. on Saturday.
Senior Helen Fout (Myrtle Beach, S.C.) took home the top time for PC as she finished in 21:59.86, good for a 38th place finish. Next to finish for the Lady Blue Hose was freshman Ashley Kieffer (Thomasville, Ga.), who finished in 53rd with a time of 22:31.83.
Senior Kate Whipple (Irmo,
S.C.), was next with a time of 22:37.27, good for 56th and
sophomore Tina DeYoe (Palm Coast, Fla.), 22:41.96, who
finished 57th.
PC will
travel to Greenwood, S.C. next Saturday for the Lander
University Invitational beginning at 8:30 a.m.
