BLUE HOSE WOMENS SOCCER RANKED #5
IN 2001
NCAA DIVISION II SOUTHEAST REGION RANKINGS
CLINTON,
SC Presbyterian College womens soccer program
enters the first week of NSCAA/addidas Regional Rankings at #5
announced today.
The Blue Hose (1-1-1) are
ranked #5 in the first NCAA Division II Southeast Region
ranking. PC will play five teams that are ranked in the top 10
in the Southeast region including three of the four teams ranked
ahead of them this week.
Presbyterian tied Longwood
College 1-1 in double overtime last Saturday who is ranked #2 in
the region. Defending SAC champion, Tusculum College, headlines
the region poll this week with a perfect 3-0-0 record.
The Blue Hose return to
action Wednesday, September 12 when they travel to Hickory, NC
to take on Lenoir-Rhyne College at 4:00 pm.
