PC's Fuller Chosen SAC Women's Tennis Player Of The Week

ROCK HILL, S.C. - Kari Fuller of Presbyterian College has been named the South Atlantic Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week announced league officials Tuesday.

Fuller, a junior from Suwanee, Ga., claimed her second individual SAC win with a 6-2, 6-3 win over Tanea Miller of Newberry College at No. 4 singles as the Blue Hose defeated the Indians 7-2.

Fuller and No. 3 doubles teammate Virginia Waldron defeated the Newberry duo of Chanelle Clare and Miller, 8-5 in pro sets.

The SAC Women's Tennis Player of the Week is selected by a vote of the league's eight sports information directors.
