Blue Hose Men’s Cross Country Takes 12th at NCAA Regionals

Blue Hose Harriers Compete at SAC Championships

BLACK MOUNTAIN, N.C. – The Presbyterian College cross country teams made the trek to Black Mountain Recreation Park in N.C. to compete in the 2006 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Championships.  The Blue Hose finished fifth with 137 points and one Top 10 finisher.  The women had a disappointing finish, coming in eighth in the team standings with 183 points.  Full Story...

Limestone’s Clausing Comes in First

CLINTON, S.C. – The Spartanburg Methodist College men’s cross country squad claimed the Sixth Annual Blue Hose Invitational with a low 66 points on Friday afternoon as the Pioneers had four runners finish in the Top 20.  Brent Clausing of Limestone College took individual honors as Clausing ran the 8K course in 26:09.31, thirty seconds ahead of the second-place finisher.  Full Story...

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Senior Matt Elliott (Green Sea, S.C.) came in 11^th out of 172 Division II runners and led the Presbyterian College men’s cross country team to an eighth-place finish with 244 points on Saturday morning at the 23^rd Annual Eye Opener Meet at the Milliken Research Center.  At the same meet, the Lady Blue Hose placed in the middle of the pack, as PC took 13^th out of 24 squads with 339 points.  Full Story...
