POOLER, Ga. – The 2007 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Tournament champions, the Presbyterian College men’s golf team will participate in the 2007 NCAA Division II Atlantic/Southeast Men’s Golf Regional on the dates of May 7-9 at the Savannah Quarters Golf Club. Presbyterian Claims 2007 Food Lion SAC Men’s Golf Tournament Title

HICKORY, N.C. – Presbyterian College claimed its second Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Men’s Golf Tournament crown in the last three years on Tuesday at the Lake Hickory Country Club at Catawba Springs. The Blue Hose carded a team two-round score of 593 (302-291) to win the event by 11 strokes over Tusculum (604).

The 2007 Food Lion SAC Golf Championships Postponed A Day

HICKORY, N.C. – The 2007 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Men’s and Women’s Golf Championships have been postponed until Tuesday due to dangerous wind conditions.  The host course for the 2007 event is the Lake Hickory Country Club at Catawba Springs in Hickory, N.C. With today’s postponement, both championships will now be a one-day, 36-hole affair.

COLUMBUS, GA - Columbus State rallied from eight shots back after Monday's first round and won its own event on Tuesday, taking the Aflac/Cougar Invitational by seven shots over Valdosta State, Georgia College & State University and Barry. PRESBYTERIAN FINISHES SEVENTH AT RAIN SHORTENED
 BOBCAT INVITATIONAL

EATONTON, GA — Heavy rain and dangerous lightning suspended play in Tuesday’s final round of the Bobcat Invitational hosted by Georgia College & State University at the Golf Course at Cuscowilla. Since the final round was not able to be finished GC&SU was declared the winner of the tournament after leading the 15-team field during Monday’s first two rounds.
