Tennis Coach
CLINTON, S.C. – Presbyterian College
Director of Athletics Dr. William B. “Bee” Carlton announced
the hiring of Tyler Davis as PC’s new women’s tennis coach
on Friday. Davis replaces Bobby McKee who left PC after 26
years to become the Director of Tennis/Head men’s and
women’s tennis coach at Lenoir-Rhyne College.

The Presbyterian College women’s tennis team won the
doubles point and four of six singles matches en route to a
5-2 victory over NCAA Division I Charleston Southern
University Thursday afternoon at at the Templeton Courts. The No. 25 Lady Blue Hose are now
4-1
overall, while Charleston Southern slips to 0-4 on the year.

ROLLINS ROLLS PAST #25 LADY BLUE HOSE IN
WOMEN’S TENNIS ACTION
CLINTON, S.C. –
The Presbyterian College women’s tennis team suffered
their first loss of the 2006 campaign, dropping a 7-2
decision to the seventh-ranked Tars of Rollins College
in non-conference action at Templeton Tennis Center on
Sunday afternoon. The No. 25 Lady Blue Hose slip to 3-1
overall, while Rollins improves to 7-4 on the year.

BLUE HOSE OPEN SAC ACTION WITH WIN OVER
MARS HILL
CLINTON, S.C. –
The Presbyterian College women’s tennis started South
Atlantic Conference (SAC) play on the right foot with a
9-0 victory over Mars Hill College at Templeton Tennis
Center on Saturday afternoon. The No. 25 Lady Blue Hose
are now 3-0 overall and 1-0 in the SAC, while Mars Hill
slips to 6-2 on the year and 1-1 in the conference.
