The Department of Student Involvement is dedicated to facilitating sports leagues for students, faculty, and staff, in both the fall and spring semesters. The intramural program is managed by dedicated students committed to providing an enjoyable experience. Teams are often composed of friends from community halls, academic departments, Fraternity and Sororities, and other student groups.

Depending on the sports offered, two different divisions may stand:
• A – Competitive: These teams are made up of players who have experience and advanced skills in the sport.
• B – Fun/Leisure: These teams are made up of players who have some experience or intermediate skills in the sport.

A comprehensive intramural complex, comprised of a 31-acre tract adjacent to the eastern end of campus, features space for football, soccer, and softball, as well as a walking and jogging trail. Springs Student Center Gymnasium provides indoor space for basketball, dodge ball, and other intramural activities.
