What is Bluefish?

Bluefish are students serving as ministers for the campus community while developing their individual gifts. One of the ways Bluefish serves is an open forum called “Fishbowl” where students can discuss topics and their opinions in a safe space. Bluefish also works with Peer Mentors and RA’s to ensure the well-being of the students on campus through intentional ministry and care. One of these ways will be through an all-campus worship event every semester put together through the help of Bluefish. The big event sponsored by Bluefish is Winter Conference, a religious retreat for anyone on campus, no matter their religious affiliation. This serves as a way to bring the PC community together as a family through campus-wide worship and small group activities. Finally, Bluefish who are certified through Stephen Ministry can perform one-on-one counseling sessions with students in need of care.

If you have any questions about the program, please come by the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life on the 1st floor of Springs across from the prayer room. You can also e-mail Lucas Pressley or Chandler Salley
