Damage Responsibility Form (optional) - Students living on campus can use this form to assign damage costs to the responsible resident or residents. Failure to accept or assign responsibility for damage will result in all residents of the area equally splitting the cost of the repairs.
Residence Hall Cleaning Agreement (optional) – Students living in the residence halls can use this form to divide up move out cleaning responsibilities. All residence hall rooms must be cleaned up before students check out.
Housemate/Apartment Cleaning Agreement (optional) – Students living in Scottish Arms, Spradley Hall, or the Townhouses can use this form to divide up move out cleaning responsibilities. All apartments must be cleaned up before students check out.
Late Stay Request Form – The Late Stay Request form is for students who may have extenuating circumstances that necessitate a request to remain on campus after the facilities close. Each request must be approved by the Assistant Director of Residence Life for your area. Once your request has been submitted, you are to contact your AD to set up an appointment to discuss your request, as each request is considered on a case by case basis. Students who are requesting to remain on campus so that they can watch their friends graduate will not be granted permission to remain on campus. NOTE: No one will be approved to stay past 6:00pm on Saturday, May 9, 2015 (Commencement Day).

2015-2016 Housing Selection Information – Housing Selection for 2015-2016 is now complete. Students not housed during the selection process will be assigned to a room before August. Students who still need to complete the housing application must still do so by going to BannerWeb > Students > Upperclassman Housing Application.
Fall 2015 Housing Waiting List – Students who have gone through the housing selection process for Fall 2015, but were unable to select their preferred building to live in, may add their name to the Waiting List in case spaces became available later this spring or summer.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Campus Maintenance Requests – Students should submit maintenance requests through the School Dude ® request form. For emergency maintenance issues, please contact Campus Services at 864.833.8304 during regular business hours and Campus Police at 864.833.3949 after hours.
LAUNDRY MAINTENANCE REQUESTS – Students should submit requests for maintenance on laundry machines through the Mac-Gray request form.
