We are excited about health and wellness and seek to encourage each person to make healthy decisions. From individual pursuits to team sports, there is something for everyone. Do you want to participate in team or individual sports for the chance to be a campus intramural champion? Well, you can! You can also participate in fitness classes at the Springs Student Center, as well as workout, play basketball, billiards, or table tennis. Try something new!
