Notify the student mailroom worker and he or she will give you a copy of the combination.

Can I mail on campus mail and outgoing mail at the student mailroom?
Yes, you can mail on campus and off campus mail from the student mailroom. On campus mail does not require postage. However, if you are mailing a large amount of envelopes on campus you need to place them in numerical box order and rubber band them together. All on campus mail needs to have the first and last name, as well as the box number of the recipient.

What kind of stamps can I purchase in the student mailroom?
You can purchase postcard stamps ($0.23) and regular stamps ($0.37).
You can also purchase $0.60 stamps which can be used to mail envelopes overseas or to mail heavier envelopes.

What happens if I need to pick up a package containing medication and the mailroom is not open?
You may ask the front desk worker or Springs Manager to open the mailroom in order for you to get your medication. You must sign the package logbook to verify that you picked up your medicine.

What happens to my mail if I study aboard, graduate, or transfer?
You will need to fill out a Forward Address Request form and turn it in to Robyn Sanderson, Springs Coordinator. This information will be entered into the computer system so that the mailroom may forward your mail to the address listed on your Forward Address Request form. How long is mail forwarded to me after graduation?
Your mail is only forwarded for 3 months after you graduate. This should give you enough time to change your address with your bank, magazines subscriptions, etc.
