Sales Internship
Internships will be located in Raleigh, NC; Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA. The internship program will be ten weeks of sales focused responsibility, broken into the following components:
- 1 full week of training at our corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL which will focus on corporate overview, training on the sales representative’s role in the organization, product and services overview and training on fundamentals of strategic account territory development.
- 1 week of dedicated job shadowing with assigned mentor where intern will attend sales calls, learn account strategy and value proposition delivered to each client and assist with inventory management.
- 8 weeks of market research
- Final project will consist of presenting one of the business plans developed during the internship.
- Salary $14.00 - $15.00 hourly.
- Internship start date is determined by the Intern’s academic calendar. Must be a junior or senior working towards a 4-year degree.

Youth Villages is a private, nonprofit organization providing mental health services to at-risk youth and adolescents.
Summer Internship: The Internship Program provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while truly impacting the lives of children and their families.
The internship is 10 weeks long and begins the Tuesday following Memorial Day. Most interns are placed in Memphis or Nashville working out residential centers or group homes, however, there are opportunities to intern with our Intercept program in East TN as well as other locations outside of Memphis and Nashville. The internship is paid at $6.50 per hour. Interns in Memphis can take advantage of affordable housing on the campuses of Christian Brothers University or university of Memphis. More information is provided on housing following acceptance to the program.
