Campus Organizations
You will find kindred spirits at PC in over 50 organizations. The rich and rewarding relationships you'll form with students and professors who share your passions will last a lifetime.
Religious
A church-related college, PC offers groups and ministries that invite you to share, deepen, or explore your faith. Blue Fish, PSA, FCA, Campus Crusade for Christ, and the Canterbury Club are just a sample of the twenty-plus religious organizations you can become a part of.
Academic
PC's academic organizations allow students to dig deeper into subjects they're interested in and to apply what they've learned in the classroom. You can gain real business experience by participating in Society for the Advancement of Management (SAM) or the PC Accounting Club. If writing or photography is your thing, join the staff of the college newspaper (The Blue Stocking), the literary magazine (Figs and Thistles), or the yearbook (PaC SaC). There's also Teacher Cadets, the Mathematical Association of America, and HoseGrass, the college jazz band, among many more.
Greek
We're not divulging any secrets by telling you that PC has six Greek fraternities and three sororities. What you may not know is that about 40% of PC students are members of a Greek organization. They enjoy their college experience - socializing and serving the community with brothers and sisters they met here.
Government
Students take the lead at PC. Join the Student Government Association, the Honor Council, College Democrats or Republicans, or any of the other leadership opportunities on campus. All give you practical experience in the world of government whether you're preparing for law school or a life of politics or if you simply want to see what it's like to be involved in government work while in college.
Multicultural Student Union
Multicultural Student Union supports, unifies, and serves all students through a diverse offering of educational, spiritual, and social activities. By joining MSU, you can help celebrate diversity on campus and in the surrounding communities.
Intramurals
Got game? Or do you play just for fun? Whatever the case may be, the intramural program can find the level of competition for you: competitive, recreational, and leisure. Lace 'em up to play tennis, softball, flag football, and dodge ball in the fall and indoor and outside soccer, basketball, softball, and 3-on-3 sand volleyball in the spring.
