The Housing Lottery

Single Rooms

Single Room Request Form

The College has a limited number of single-occupancy private rooms on campus. Individuals will be placed in single rooms at the discretion of the Residence Life Office, based on both desire and need. Single-occupancy rooms will cost $2,437 per semester, while double rooms will cost $1,971 per semester.

All Single Room Request Forms must be submitted before Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at 12:00 noon. Requests made under the American with Disabilities Act should include doctor's verification of condition. Students will be assigned single rooms based on their lottery numbers and will receive notification of their room assignment on March 21, 2008 at 5:00pm.

Students who do not receive single rooms via the process outlined-above must go through the Housing Lottery process with a roommate in order to receive a housing assignment for next academic year. It is important to know that we will only fill the number of single-occupancy, private rooms on campus. Super-Singles (double-occupancy rooms rented as a single) are NOT available during the fall semester.
