When submitting work requests, please include the following information:
a) Location – include building and room number. In the event that the problem is in a general area, such as a hallway, please describe the location thoroughly so that we may locate the problem easily
b) Contact info – include your name and a number where we can reach you for additional info if needed
c) Description – please describe the problem as specifically as possible.
Work requests should be submitted separately according to the maintenance department responsible for specific types of tasks. For example, problems with air conditioning should be directed to the HVAC dept. and submitted on a separate work request from plumbing issues. The departments are as follows: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Set Up, Housekeeping, Grounds.
Important
All maintenance requests are to be submitted through the School Dude work request link provided on the maintenance web page. Only emergencies are to be reported by phone. Any student who does not have computer access to report work requests should report the problem to their RA, who is then responsible for reporting it in School Dude.
