Religious Life

Cross by the Pond“Which commandment is the first of all?”

Jesus answered, “The first is, ‘Hear, O Israel: the Lord our God, the Lord is one; you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ The second is this, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.” Mark 12:29-31 NRSV

Through the Office of Religious Life at Presbyterian College, we seek to enable students, faculty and staff to fulfill our calling to “to live and serve” with our whole heart and soul, mind and strength and to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. The Office of Religious Life and the Cornelson Center for the Exploration of Christian Practice offer a variety of opportunities for spiritual formation and leadership development on campus and beyond through worship and Bible study, fellowship and mission, service and internships, retreats and even travel and study abroad.

You may also contact us at (1-800-476-7272) if you have additional questions or would like to visit the campus. We hope you will join the Blue Hose family and find your place in Celtic Cross, Student Volunteer Services (SVS), Bluefish, CHAMPS (Communities Helping and Mentoring Promising Students) or one of our Registered Student Organizations: Campus Outreach, Canterbury Club, Catholic Student Association, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Presbyterian Student Association.

Come, taste and see the goodness of the Lord in these days and in this place!
