  • InterExchange Working Abroad New York, NY -  InterExchange's Working Abroad program (www.workingabroad.org) is now accepting applications for the newly-created Intern in Argentina Program.  Internship placements are available now and are suitable for college students and young professionals who wish to gain international work experience while learning about the culture and language of Argentina. Internships in Argentina are available Buenos Aires and Córdoba where our international cooperator has established a network of Argentinean employers who offer entry-level internship positions in over 20 different fields. Internships can start at any time of year and can also be customized according to specific needs.  According to Tara Cavanagh, Working Abroad Program Manager, "All program participants will also benefit from a Spanish language immersion course that will polish their language skills before beginning their internship. The Spanish school portion of the program takes students from an intermediate level of Spanish to a more conversational level that will better prepare them for their internship placement."  This 10-week program includes all accommodations, meals, and project-related travel as well as some cultural activities that will highlight the natural beauty, history and culture of Argentina.
