Interest and Personality Assessments Use self-assessment tools to discover how personality and interests affect your career path. Drop by our office from 8:30AM - noon or 1:00 - 4:30 PM daily, or email us to get started. We offer the following:

Internships (link to Internship page) - You already know that an internship is one way to meet graduation requirements. Did you know it is also a way to explore your options? Check out the variety of internships others students have done, the current opportunities, and your own imagination. The sky is the limit!

 

Study Skills and Time Management (Study Skills handout/ Time Management handout) In addition to helping with your career and job search, our office is also here to help you build skills that you will need later in the work place such as time management and organization.  Building on these skills now will help you to be an effective employee later.

The O*NET database houses this data and O*NET OnLine provides easy access to that information.  This is a great site to check out if you are wondering about what people in a certain job actually do.  Many times we here a job title and think that we wouldn’t like what they do.  This source can help you better understand what those job titles really mean.
