When I am not pursuing those professional interests in my teaching or research projects, you can usually find me watching one of my favorite shows--or "stories," as my grandmother used to say-- specifically, Lost or The Wire. I also enjoy going to see live music. Like Dr. Barr, I am a big fan of Wilco, as well as Neko Case, Gillian Welch & David Rawlings, and Lucinda Williams. I also like to spend time hanging out with my husband . . . who happens to be an organic farmer.
