Applying for Aid

At PC we have made the financial aid process a simple and straightforward one. It all starts with the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), which is a standard form the federal government uses to determine how much your family can contribute to your educational expenses. After completing the FAFSA, we are able to determine the amount of aid you qualify for through Federal, State and PC grants and scholarships, low interest student/parent loans and work study.

 To apply:

Apply for admission to PC.

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

The FAFSA is available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov or from your high school guidance office or college financial aid office. The FAFSA can be submitted after January 1 of the senior year. (Note to South Carolina students: if you're applying for the South Carolina Tuition Grant, you will have to submit the FAFSA on or before June 30th.)

Be sure to request that the results of your FAFSA be sent to Presbyterian College. PC's code is 003445.

Watch your mailbox. Near the end of March, you should receive an award letter from PC listing the types of aid you are eligible to receive.
