Athletics has been a significant part of the PC culture since the first baseball team took the field in 1895. In addition to baseball, 15 sports have become a part of the PC culture, providing opportunities for leadership, personal development, and community spirit.
While Blue Hose sports have made huge strides over the years, much remains to be accomplished for the College to meet the requirements for participating in Division I-AA competition.
To attract student-athletes who can successfully compete at the D-I level, we need to
increase and add scholarships for student-athletes, and
build new baseball and softball facilities.
