The College made a commitment to faculty and staff to look at various options for health insurance and other benefits to maintain competitive and excellent coverage for full time employees. This year, we reviewed a number of group or association plans. While some were close in cost to our plan, none was clearly better or less expensive. We will continue this research, but have decided to remain with PAI for the 2005-2006 plan year.
NOTE:
- * There are no changes to the health plan coverage, deductibles, out of pocket expenses, prescription drugs, etc. to the plan.
* Employees that choose the Basic Plan Option will again see no out of pocket expense for plan premiums.
* The cost structure of covering dependents is available from the office of Human Resources.
