Guided Research
Computer Use in the James H. Thomason Library
The James H. Thomason Library's main purpose is to support the curriculum and research needs of faculty, students, and staff within the College community; therefore,
- Presbyterian College students, faculty, and staff have priority at library research computers at all times.
- Community patrons may use library computers for research during periods of low use by PC students, faculty, and staff. Community patrons may be asked to relinquish use of a library computer when college patrons are waiting.
- Please note that because Thomason Library serves an adult/college-age population, we do not filter or block internet sites; therefore, computer use by children should be monitored by an accompanying adult at all times.
- Otherwise, the use of library computers is governed by the Presbyterian College Acceptable Computer Use Policy (PDF).
