Presbyterian College celebrated Earth Day by sowing seeds on the recently tilled organic garden. Led by organic gardening specialist Daniel Parson, PC President Dr. Griffith, students, faculty, and staff helped scatter buckwheat and soybean seeds that will be used as a cover crop until vegetables are planted later this year.

"The goal is to have one sustainable vegetable (served in Greenville Dining Hall) each day," said Executive Chef Kevin Candrilli, shown in the last picture below in the PC baseball cap.
