Don’t take our word for it. Take theirs.

PC has been near the top on several college rankings over the last few months.

For the second year in a row, the Fiske Guide to Colleges named PC a Best Buy School. Only 49 colleges and universities in the nation were given the distinction, which recognizes schools that offer outstanding academics with relatively moderate tuition rates.

“The Fiske ranking affirms our commitment:  excellence accessible to all who are  willing to take on the challenge of a rigorous academic program and a vibrant campus community,” said PC president Dr. John Griffith.

The Washington Monthly once again recognized PC as one of the top colleges in the country. The magazine ranked PC eighth among national liberal arts colleges in service. The ranking is the highest among liberal arts  colleges in the state.

The President’s Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll also recognized PC’s
commitment to service. The national designation recognizes the college’s student volunteer efforts, service programs, and other factors.

Finally, Forbes listed PC as one of the top three liberal arts colleges in South Carolina. The ranking focuses on quality of teaching, career prospects, graduation rate, and low level of debt.
