Payment Information

 Deposits


An escrow deposit is required of all incoming students. Payment of the escrow deposit secures a space in the classroom for the appropriate entrance date for each semester and in the College's student housing program.

This deposit will be credited to the student's account upon graduation or official withdrawl after any outstanding fees and/or fines have been deducted.

This deposit is refundable only if the student has matriculated and attended classes after September 1st for the fall semester and January 15th for the spring semester.

 

2009-2010 Academic Year

 

All students are required to pay a deposit.

Freshmen and Transfers........ Escrow Deposit........$400 (non-refundable).

 

The Escrow Deposit is refundable to incoming freshmen and transfers only if the student has matriculated and attended classes after September 1 for the fall semester and January 15 for the spring semester.

 

Upperclassmen.......advance deposit...........$300 (non-refundable)

 

This advance deposit will be applied toward the fall semester tuition and fees.

 

The advance deposit indicates a students' intent to continue their enrollment. Students that do not return after paying the Advance Deposit will forfeit the deposit.

 

Due Dates for Payments


Presbyterian College accepts direct payments by check or cash. Payment options are also offered through Educational Computer Systems, Inc. (ECSI). Annual cost is divided between the two semesters.

(1) Credit card payments -
MC, VISA, or Discover - Processing fee of 2.95% of total payment plus $0.50/transaction.


(2) ACH payments - $1.00/transaction.


(3) Tuition Payment Plans - monthly installments.  Call toll free at 888-549-3274, or use the on-line application at www.ecsi.net. Choose "Are you a student"; "Apply for Monthly Tuition Payment Plan"; and "Presbyterian College". Annual fee -$45.00; semester fee - $35.00.

 

Due dates are August 14, 2009 for the fall semester and December 15, 2009 for the spring semester.
