Kicking off the new year with "The A Team"

We have contacted a number of our friends and family who represent the various college organizations and alumni communities. These "A team" members have each pledged to contact and solicit twelve alumni who did not give to the PC Fund in 2005-06.

Our goals for the PC Fund this year are adding $1.33 million to the fund, while also increasing our participation percentages in direct competition with our peer institutions.

 

Last year, Wofford reached 39-percent in overall participation, while Furman finished with 52-percent. Each year we must reach new levels of giving in dollars and participation.

 

This year the advancement staff has implemented plans to help us attain these goals. Among these plans is our "A-team" plan.

United, the PC Fund and the A Team will bring PC family members together and raise our participation percentages to a competitive 50-percent.
