Application Process

  1. Apply through the Pharmacy College Application Service (PharmCAS).  All information must be RECEIVED by PharmCAS by January 5, 2011 for applications to be considered for the 2011 admissions cycle.  The following information should be provided to PharmCAS:
     
    • PCAT scores (code 104)

       

      2010 - 2011 Test Dates

        • June 19, 2010
        • August 21, 2010
        • October 16, 2010

       

      Please note that January 2011 PCAT scores will not be considered for applications for admission in fall 2011.

       

      IMPORTANT NOTE :  PCAT scores are matched by the PCAT CID to each PharmCAS application and forwarded to PCSP. PharmCAS will ONLY use the PCAT CID to match scores. The PCAT CID is supplied by Pearson and is different than your PharmCAS ID. If you do not report your PCAT CID, PharmCAS cannot send your PCAT scores to PCSP. If you have any further questions about the matching of your scores, please contact PharmCAS at info@pharmcas.org.

       

    • Official copy of all college transcripts

     

    Transcripts should include all grades for courses taken through the fall semester prior to application.

       

      We recommend requesting transcripts NO LATER than December 15 to ensure that all information is remitted to PharmCAS by the January 5 deadline.

       

    • At least two (2) letters of recommendation

       

      One of your references must be a professional reference from a pharmacist and one must be an academic reference from a college professor.

         

  2. We recommend requesting letters of recommendation NO LATER than November 1 to ensure that all information is remitted to PharmCAS by the January 5 deadline.

     

  3. Submit a supplemental application and the associated $60 fee directly to the School of Pharmacy Click here to reach the supplemental application
 

                                           

                                Our admissions process is paperless!

Please do not have transcripts, letters of reference, or any other hard-copy items sent to the School of Pharmacy. Extraneous items will be shredded and recycled and will not be included in applicant files.
