Life after PC

A few recent graduates who majored in Christian Education, Religion, or Philosophy include the following:


Drew Stockstill '08, a philosophy and theater double major, was editor of The Blue Stocking while at PC. Drew is currently doing missionary work in Kenya.


Jack Jenkins '07, a history and philosophy double major, serves on the Barack Obama campaign team as a field organizer.


Buz Wilcoxon '05 was examined and approved for membership on April 2008 as part of his call to be the new associate pastor at Fourth Presbyterian Church in Greenville, SC. A graduate of Columbia Theological Seminary, Buz was ordained in his home presbytery of South Alabama. Buz was a member of Celtic Cross while at PC.


David Powers '04 was approved for candidate status by Foothills Presbytery in April 2008. Currently a student at Columbia Theological Seminary, David will soon be working as a seminary intern at Grace Presbyterian Church in Houston, Texas.


Elizabeth M. Michael '03 received the master's of divinity degree and the Mary Long Greir-Hugh Davies award in Preaching from Princeton Theological Seminary at the school’s 196th Commencement Exercises in May 2008.


The Reverend Ashley Rogillio '03 was ordained a Presbyterian Church (USA) minister of word and sacrament in October 2007. Rev. Rogillio now serves as Associate Pastor at First Presbyterian Church in Beaufort, SC.


Craig Thompson '03 completed his master's of divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Ky. He has been senior pastor of Malvern Hill Baptist Church in Camden, SC since May 2007.
